We process and ship all orders from the United States. Please review our shipping rates and estimated delivery times below.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

At this time, we ship to the United States only. International shipping options will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact us at wildroothoney@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
WildRoot Honey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.
