No Refunds After Opening

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened sachets or boxes. All sales of opened products are final.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the package. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
